Happy Christmas!!!We just celebrated our very 1st Christmas as a family and lucky for our small Olive she got to do it twice. Christmas day pt.1 began with just the 3 of us -up early as usual -and after a bit of the classic scrambled eggs & smoked salmon, Olive got to open her first ever present -with just a little assistance from mummy of course!
Later Granny & Grandpa Pilge came around ours for Crimbo dinner and we all got into the festive spirit with a bit of Santa fancy dress however, getting Olive to don her snazzy Santa headband was not quite happening...
(clearly mummy thought it looked good on her)
We discovered Olive's fervor for fine wines
(or any thing you else you might be drinking and she shouldn't be!)
...Easy on the Champers there Granny!The next few days of the Holidays we enjoyed the simple things like a morning stroll through the grounds of our local Palace!
Where all the statues are nicely wrapped-up for the winter...
And the Geese relax on the lawns, the lazy Devils! surely they should have migrated south by now!
And thinking about it I reckon old King Henry would have approved of our Olive decked out in her new Crimbo coat and colourful buggy!
And one of the best things of all Olive & Dad get to hang out all day and up his cuddle quota.
